A Warfare Prayer

(Before Starting Your Day)

In Eph. 6:10-18, we are instructed to put on the whole armor of GOD! So, Heavenly Father, we bow in worship and praise before you. We cover ourselves with the Blood of Jesus Christ and claim the protection of His Blood for our family, our finances, our home, our spirit, soul, mind and body. We surrender ourselves completely in every area of our life to you. We take a stand against all the workings of the Devil that would try and hinder us and our family from best serving you. We address ourselves only to the true and living God, and refuse any involvement of Satan in our prayer. Satan, we command you and all of your demon forces of darkness, in the Name of Jesus Christ, to leave our presence. We bring the Blood of Jesus Christ between you and our family, our home, our finances, our spirit, soul, mind and body. We declare, therefore, Satan, that you and your wicked spirits are subject to us in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Furthermore, in our own life today we destroy and tear down all of the strongholds of the enemy and smash every plan that has been formed against us and our family. We tear down the strongholds of the Devil against our mind, and we surrender our mind to you, Blessed Holy Spirit. We affirm, Heavenly Father, that you have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Therefore, we resist the spirit of fear, in the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God, and we refuse to fear, refuse to doubt, refuse to worry, because we have authority (power) over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We claim complete and absolute victory over the forces of darkness in the Name of Jesus and we bind the Devil and command him to loose our peace, joy, prosperity, and every member of our family for the glory of God; and by faith we call it done!!

We break and smash the strongholds of Satan formed against our emotions today and we give our emotions to you dear God. We destroy the strongholds of Satan formed against our will today and we give our will to you, Heavenly Father, and choose to make the right decisions of faith. We breakdown the strongholds of Satan against our body today and we give our body to you, realizing that we are the temple of the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Again, we cover ourselves with the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and pray that the Holy Ghost would bring all the work of the Crucifixion, all the work of the Resurrection, all the work of the Ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ into our life today. We surrender our life and possessions to you. We refuse to fear, worry, or be discouraged, in the Name of Jesus. We will not hate, envy or show any type of bitterness toward our brothers, sisters or our enemies; but we will love them with the love of God shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Ghost (Romans 5:5).

Open our eyes and show us the areas of our life that do not please you and give us the strength, grace and wisdom to remove any sin or weight that would prevent our close fellowship, work in us to cleanse us from all ground that would give the Devil a foothold against us. We claim, in every way, the victory of the cross over all satanic forces in our life. We pray in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving and we welcome all the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Amen and Amen! Victory today is ours!!!
